We occupy an iconic site, which is also a historic and listed building. Consequently, due to legacy configuration and design, access to all areas and therefore services (including washroom facilities) may not be accessible for all disabled customers. We have one-step access from street level to the ground floor of the restaurant. It is also recognisable that doorways within our historic layout are relatively narrow throughout and preclude wheelchair access to the washroom area, located on the ground floor.
Our lower ground level is accessible via a staircase as we unfortunately do not have a lift within the historic venue. Access and manoeuvrability around the premises may not always be possible for persons with varying mobility requirements. However, Stork will ensure that where access permits all our customers will receive the same level of service, when joining us for the Stork dining experience.
